"Customer service was just okay"
Support did get back to me, so that was fine, but it took longer than I expected. I’m not expecting instant replies, of course, but a quicker response would’ve been appreciated...

I ordered from Top Boxer and the gloves turned out good overall. The quality was solid and I didn’t really have any complaints once they arrived, so that part was definitely fine.
It just took longer than I thought it would. I know custom gear isn’t instant, but the updates felt a little slow too. Not a bad experience, just one where you need a bit more patience than expected

"Customization felt a bit off"
I was excited to make a pair of custom gloves, but the whole process didn’t feel as flexible as I expected. The color choices were decent, but some of the smaller details I wanted just weren’t available, and the options were a little confusing to navigate. Support did respond, but their answers didn’t really clear things up much. For the price, I expected more control over the final design. Something about the experience just felt a little off

I ordered my usual size from topboxer and the gloves looked good when they arrived, but the fit was tighter than I expected. My fingers felt cramped at first, and the wrist area was more snug than I normally like.
I did send a message asking about the sizing, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. After a few sessions the gloves loosened up a bit, so they’re not bad overall, but I’d definitely double-check the measurements before ordering.

"I’ve been using these for sparring and..."
I’ve been using these for sparring and bag work for a few weeks now and, umm, they’ve been great so far. The padding feels solid, and my hands aren’t getting sore like they used to. They did take a little bit to break in, but once they did, they felt really comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with them.

"Good gloves but stitching could be better"
I got a pair from Topboxer and overall they feel good. The shape is nice, the padding feels solid, and it does seem like they put some care into how they made them.
That said, the stitching on one glove wasnt the cleanest. After just a couple uses I noticed a few loose threads. Nothing has actually come apart, but it just didnt look as tidy as I was expecting.
For the price its still okay, but I was hoping the finish would feel a little more solid. Theyre not bad gloves, just kind of average for me

The gloves are good overall and they do feel well made, so I’ll give them that. But for what I ended up paying after shipping and the extras, I’m not sure they’re really worth it. I’ve used cheaper gloves that felt almost just as good. They’re definitely not bad, and I can see why some people would like them, but for me the value just wasn’t quite there.

"Shipping took forever, or at least it felt like it"
I’m a bit confused about the timeline, because I thought it was supposed to arrive much sooner. I kept checking the tracking and the dates seemed to shift around, and before I knew it I’d been waiting almost two weeks. Not super happy with the experience...

"Pretty much exactly what I asked for"
The design came out really close to what I sent over, which was a relief because I didn’t want to keep going back and forth forever. The colors and little details were right, and I only had to ask for a couple tiny changes. Overall, it looks good and feels like they actually paid attention to my idea.

"Took some time to loosen up"
The gloves look really nice, but they were stiff at first and took longer to break in than I thought they would. Maybe it’s just the material or how they were stored before shipping, I’m not sure. After a few sessions they started feeling much better, so they’re fine now, but they definitely weren’t super comfortable right out of the box

I ordered from topboxer.com and it was, like, easy in the normal good way. I found the thing I was looking for, chose the options I needed, and the checkout part just went through without being weird or giving me problems.
The confirmation email came right away too, which I always like because then you know it actually happened. Nothing felt confusing or annoying, so yeah, so far I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again

"Delivery was on time, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I ordered from topboxer.com and was mainly worried about whether the shipping would take forever, but it actually showed up right when they said it would. The tracking updated normally and the package arrived in good shape, so I didn’t have to chase anyone down or wonder where it was. That part was fine. The only thing was that when I had a question, I felt kind of dismissed, like they just wanted to move on instead of really answering me. Still, delivery-wise, I can’t complain.

"Not Sure I Trust It to Last"
It held up for a little while, but not as long as I expected. At first I thought it would be more durable, but after seeing how it wore down, I’ve kind of lost trust in it. It’s okay, just not something I’d count on for the long run...

"Padding is just too thin"
I really wanted these to work, but the padding felt way too thin. Even after just some light bag work, my knuckles were sore, which was disappointing. It just doesn’t feel like there’s enough cushion there. The padding is thin, my knuckles hurt, and I kept noticing the same issue every time I used them.

"Packaging was seriously solid"
Ordered from topboxer.com, the packaging was way better than I expected. I’ve had stuff show up looking like it got punted across a warehouse by some careless idiot, but this was actually packed properly.
Everything was wrapped up tight, no crushed corners, no weird dents, no random damage. The box felt sturdy enough to survive whatever nonsense delivery trucks put packages through, which was a nice surprise.
Not a ton more to say, but it really did feel like they give a damn about shipping things the right way. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Surprisingly painless exchange"
I needed a different size and wasn’t expecting the exchange to be that easy, but they handled it quickly. The return process was simple too, which was a nice surprise. Not much to complain about, really.

"Decent for Light Sparring"
I’d say this is fine if you’re just doing some light sparring and keeping things casual. I wouldn’t really count on it for anything too intense, but for easy practice sessions it does the job. Overall, I felt okay using it, just not super confident pushing it beyond light use.

"Am I missing something with support replies?"
I actually like the gloves, but the support response time was slow. I had to send a second message before anyone got back to me. Am I missing something here, or is that just the usual wait time? It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating when you’re trying to get an answer.
